This program is not a quick fix solution (there isn't one), it is a support system that helps you find joy, confidence & clarity in your life again. You are supported to find acceptance, & it is from here we see a big shift in quality of life & symptom reduction.

1:1 person-centered & values based coaching.

Depending on the individual a combination of somatic’s, yoga therapy, brain re-training, re-framing, habit formation & emotional processing may be used.

The reassurance, connection, & clear direction that comes with having a personal CFS Coach is what reduces overwhelm & gets you to where you want to be faster.
